Dear All
On behalf of the Mayor and Councillors of Ndlambe Municipality we hereby need to remind all our ratepayers and consumers that it is illegal to discharge any fireworks in any part of Ndlambe apart from areas that have been designated by the Municipality.
Please be informed that permission to discharge fireworks can only be approved by Council and SAPS and unfortunately it is to late to obtain permission for the remainder of December 2016 and January 2017. The only approved site to discharge fireworks in the entire Ndlambe area is the West Pier in Port Alfred after permission to do so has been granted.
It is important to note that it is an offense to discharge any fireworks in the Ndlambe area apart from the one approved site.
